BRITISH HOMES AWARD SPONSORED BY KNAUF INSULATION - 25.11.11
Knauf Insulation is pleased to have sponsored the Homebuilder of
the Year category at the British Homes Awards – which was awarded
to The Berkeley Group, at the prestigious award ceremony in
London.
The award recognises housebuilders that have demonstrated a
commitment to sustainable regeneration, the establishment of new
communities, strong architectural design and landscaping,
innovative construction methods and build quality, and
environmental practices.
Steve Smith, market manager residential new build at Knauf
Insulation, said: “The award gives appropriate recognition to
housebuilders that take their environmental responsibilities
seriously, as well as looking for fresh and innovative ways of
working – qualities that echo our own ethos at Knauf Insulation, so
we are pleased to support such a category.”
Barratt Developments, First Base, Taylor Wimpey and Urban Splash
were all highly commended in the award category.
