Description
Crown Loft Roll ONE is an ultra thick product intended to
be used as a single layer loft solution eliminating the requirement
for cross-layering to achieve a U-value of 0.16
W/m2K.
The product is easier to install than a traditional 2 layer
270mm solution (i.e. 100mm + 170mm) and the position of the ceiling
joists can be still be identified after the installation is
complete.
Standards
Crown Loft Roll ONE is a non-combustible, inorganic glass
wool, defined as mineral wool in BS 3533: 1981 and is manufactured
in accordance with BSI Quality Assurance Standard BS EN ISO 9001:
2000.
Handling and Storage
Crown Loft Roll ONE is easy to handle
and install, being lightweight and easily cut to size.
It is supplied in polythene packs
which is designed for short term protection only.
For longer term protection on site,
the product should be stored either indoors, or under cover and off
the ground. Installation instructions are on every pack.
Crown Loft Roll ONE should not be left
permanently exposed to the elements.
Application

Permanence
Crown Loft Roll ONE is odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic,
does not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi,
mould or bacteria.
Environmental
Crown Loft Roll ONE is free from CFCs,
HCFCs and any other material with ozone depletion potential in its
manufacture and content and represents no known threat to the
environment.
Crown Loft Roll ONE’s
manufacture has a low impact on the environment and is classified
as Zero ODP and Zero GWP.
