Description
Crown Timber Roll consists of a resilient, unfaced,
non-combustible glass mineral wool roll with a very high level of
thermal resistance.
Application
Crown Timber Roll is for the thermal insulation of external
walls and warm roofs in timber frame construction. Crown Timber
Roll is friction fitted between studs and rafters and are
570mm wide to suit commonly used stud and rafter spacings.
Crown Timber Roll can also be used for acoustic insulation in
timber framed separating walls.
Standards
Crown Timber Roll is a non-combustible inorganic glass
wool, defined as mineral wool in BS 3533: 1981 and is
manufactured in accordance with BSI Quality Assurance Standard BS
EN ISO 9001: 2000
Durability
Crown Timber Roll is rot proof, does not sustain vermin and
will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
Crown Timber Roll is odourless and non-hygroscopic.
Environmental
Crown Timber Roll is free from CFCs, HCFCs and any other
material with ozone depletion potential in its manufacture and
content and represents no known threat to the environment.
Crown Timber Roll's
manufacture has a low impact on the environment and is classified
as Zero ODP and Zero GWP.
