Description
Rafter Roll is a semi-rigid roll of
glass mineral wool with extra high thermal performance, designed
for friction fitting between rafters.
Application
Rafter Roll is designed for insulating
between the rafters of pitched roofs in new build and existing
buildings. It is easy to cut and friction fit between rafters.
Rafter Roll can be used either as a
single or double layer between rafters, or as the first layer of a
two layer system in combination with Knauf PIR Laminate from Knauf
Drywall.
Standards
Rafter Roll is non-combustible glass
mineral wool, defined as mineral wool in BS 3533: 1981 and is
manufactured in accordance with BSI Quality Assurance Standard BS
EN ISO 9001: 2000, and Product Standard EN 13162.
Durability
Rafter Roll is odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic, does not
sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or
bacteria.
