Extruded polystyrene (XPS) is widely recognised as the best
insulation solution for floor applications.
Polyfoam extruded polystyrene is both strong and thermally
efficient. This allows for excellent energy saving with no
compromise on floor strength and thus potential use of the finished
building.

enable the best one to be selected to suit the given

Polyfoam Floorboard Domestic
A general domestic load product for use in housing and other light
loading projects.

Polyfoam Floorboard
A general use board for domestic loads and
non-residential regular use type buildings (eg schools, offices and
hospitals).

Polyfoam Floorboard Extra
A heavier application solution for
commercial projects, cold stores and heavier loaded non-residential
public buildings.

Polyfoam Floorboard Super
A very heavy load product for use in high
loading commercial type floors and point loaded cold stores.
Acoustic Insulation
A layer of Floorfoam extruded polyethylene (XPE) together with
Floorfoam Easy Edge Strip provides a high level of acoustic
insulation in separating floors.
A resilient layer of 2mm, 5mm or 10mm XPE
for the acoustic insulation of floors. Used in both timber/laminate
flooring and screeded floors.
A purpose-designed product for use with
Floorfoam aroound the perimeter of the floor. Floorfoam Easy Edge
Strip isolates the screed surface from the surrounding walls to
significantly reduce flanking transmission.
