The Government has published the second stage of their 2-part consultation on proposed changes to Part L (England) (Conservation of fuel and power) and Part F (ventilation) of the Building Regulations.
The changes to Part L (England) and Part F accompany further detail on the proposed Future Homes Standard and new Future Buildings Standard, both aimed at providing a roadmap towards highly efficient buildings.

At Knauf Insulation we are here to help with a range of solutions available for you to use, starting from today. Our insulation products are used by all of the major housebuilders and we have a dedicated housing team who are on hand should you need advice and assistance.
Since the Government released their first consultation providing two potential options on Approved Document L (England), we’ve been working to provide simple-to-follow, whole house recipes to ensure compliance.
