We would like to keep you up-to-date regarding the progress we are making after the cyber-attack that occurred at the end of June. Our teams continue to work on reinstating operating procedures as soon as possible and we are well on our way to achieving this. Whilst the majority of our email accounts and many of our online systems are back to normal functionality, there are still some areas to be worked on and this is our priority.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or delays caused, but rest assured that we are working tirelessly to resolve the final issues.

As soon as all of our operating procedures are back to normal, we will inform you. We thank you once again for your understanding and patience.

As you are aware, our systems were the target of a cyberattack on the night of Wednesday 29 June at approximately 01:00 (CET). Our cybersecurity system responded immediately and managed to isolate the incident. However, parts of the systems were shut down for security reasons to conduct further forensic investigations. Importantly, we have not detected any after effects for any of our customers’ systems.

Immediate re-introduction of the full range of Glass Mineral Wool products

We are pleased to be able to announce that our full range of Glass Mineral Wool products will now be available to order from today (15/7/22). Our full range of Rock Mineral Wool* products will also remain available.

August Allocations

As a result of the disruption to our systems, we are currently not in a position to formally issue allocations for our Glass and Rock Mineral Wool products for August. Therefore, we kindly request that you continue to order in line with your requirements and usual ordering patterns. We will endeavour to meet your delivery requirements and will contact you at the earliest opportunity if this is not possible.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time. Please rest assured that we are taking all necessary steps to return to our normal working procedures as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the systems of Knauf Group have been the target of a cyber-attack in the early hours of Wednesday 29 June.

Our cyber security system responded immediately, and the global IT team managed to isolate the incident. The protective decision was made to shut down services, while further forensics are in progress. 
We are currently working heavily to mitigate the impact to our customers and partners – as well as to plan a safe recovery. However, we apologize for any inconvenience or delays in our delivery processes, that may occur. 
We would like to thank you for your understanding and trust. Please rest assured that we will inform you about our progress, and as soon as we are “back to business as usual”.
