As part of our continuous efforts to improve our insulation product offering, we have decided to discontinue Earthwool® from all of our branding. This change does not impact the performance of any of our products.
Based on your feedback, it was clear that the use of Earthwool®, alongside Knauf Insulation, was causing some confusion; whether that be in specifications, product choices, or in general when referring to Knauf Insulation. With this in mind, as of 1st April 2021, we will discontinue Earthwool®.
As well as the discontinuation of Earthwool®, our packaging has been updated to now include:
- Bigger and clearer product names;
- Colour coded packs identifying lambda groups, which are consistent across our ranges;
- More prominent product features.
These changes have been made with you in mind, as we want to make it easier than ever before to choose the right product for your needs.
We have also introduced Rocksilk®; a new brand for our Rock Mineral Wool solutions.
To make sure you can easily find the product you are looking for, we have highlighted below what our products were named previously, and what they will be called moving forwards. Where products are being discontinued, we have provided a suitable substitute in its place.
