Rainscreen masonry.
MASONRY CLAD FACADE SYSTEMS

Application Overview

A masonry clad façade system features thermal insulation secured to the inner steel or timber framing system, leaving a cavity of air between the insulation and the masonry outer leaf.

The cavity between the insulation and the outer leaf performs as a barrier to external moisture, preventing it from tracking to the inner construction.

In addition to thermal properties, fire performance of insulation materials is a crucial consideration, when the building is to have high occupancy levels or have vulnerable occupants. Our mineral wool insulation solutions provide thermal and fire performance within a system, and can be installed on buildings of any height.
